Scope

This policy covers cadencehill.com — this website and nothing else. Applications published by Cadence Hill LLC each carry their own privacy policy, presented where the app is distributed and inside the app itself. Where an app's policy differs from this one, the app's policy governs that app.

What this site collects

Nothing. This website is a set of static pages. It contains no forms, no accounts, no sign-in, no shopping cart, and no tracking of any kind.

• No cookies. The site sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, or similar client-side storage.
• No analytics. There is no analytics package, tag manager, session recorder, heat-map, or advertising pixel on any page.
• No third-party requests. Fonts, images, styles, and scripts are all served from this domain. Loading a page here does not contact any other company on your behalf.
• No profiles. We do not build, buy, enrich, or sell profiles of visitors, and we run no advertising.

Hosting and server logs

This site is served by a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider. Like every web server, that provider processes basic technical information in order to deliver the page and to protect the service from abuse: your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user-agent string. That processing is carried out by the provider under its own terms, is used for delivery and security only, and is retained for a limited period. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.

If you email us

The addresses on this site are ordinary mailto links, so writing to us sends mail from your own email client. When you do, we receive whatever you send — your address, your message, and any attachments — and we keep it for as long as we need it to answer you and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside the studio unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Children

This website is a business site intended for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Because this site collects nothing, in practice that means any email correspondence you have had with us. Write to hey@cadencehill.com and we will respond.

Changes

If this site ever changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update the policy at the same time and revise the date below. We will not quietly add tracking and leave this page saying otherwise.
